We have a property in Grand County Colorado that we have a month-to-month lease to a local who has not paid in 4 months. 

It has been a little difficult getting their co-signers to get me their information.

This obviously puts us in a tight spot as we have work scheduled to start soon and need the loan to finance the rehab.My question for lenders is, can her Mom take out a home equity loan on the inherited property of which she is listed as a lifetime estate tenant without the consent of my girlfriend (co-owner)?

Hi Carlo,In each of my locations (FL, IN & CO), it was slightly different...in Indiana, where I'm originally from, I asked friends and family for their suggestions on plumbers, painters, handyman, etc.

Guess I’m not the only professional who can see you are largely just a bait and switch transparent-less property management Co likely just scheming folks.Lastly, our proof is with our gleeful and overjoyed clients.

., this is also similar to co-working locations where the operator signs a master lease with the building owner and then rents out cubicles to individual customers.

In an  Office or Industrial project, competing business can co-exist as neighbors because they are generally providing a service for which the "playing field" is away from the property.

Is it more advantageous for me to do this in Colorado?
