More time spent in your unit means more water usage, more wear and tear, more complaints!

Mr Smith sees Mrs Jones washing her car 10 times a day, and though they each get billed for 1 occupant, the charge is not in proportion to the usage which makes them unhappy and consumption in general can increase. 

I believe crypto is the evolution of money and any assets that make scene to permanently embed on a blockchain for public or private usage. 

And without getting crazy, inappropriate, shyster, predatory moves involved.

Largely due to terrible or subpar property management, poor tenant selection, capex, frequent and sometimes inappropriate maintenance request, high turnover, etc..  

I find that to be inappropriate.

If I close on it I will look into a system that tracks tenants water/electric usage and charges them directly.  

I am also considering a rent increase because the equipment is used 3x as much and such heavy usage will result in premature failure.

If they're one bedrooms, they're inappropriate for families.
