This was a pretty smooth renovation and not too many hiccups during the project.

We invest equity alongside homeowners and homebuyers in exchange for a share in the change in value when the home is sold.

I’m currently working on saving about 15k to be able to have ready for a 3.5-5% down payment by the end of the year , mind you I may also have a friend that’s willing to invest another 15k along side me , so we’re looking at about 30k to play with.

I have it under contract for 85 ARV is 200 My question is that when I sell the house the Liens get Paid along side the house and seller gets what’s left or do i have to come to closing with money ?

I was able to refinance it pretty quickly with minor hiccups and pull most my money back out to pay off the initial 401k for a better 30 year note. 

Along side the termination notice, often the landlord has to pay a termination fee. 

I would ideally love to partner up alongside experienced investors ideally for my first one or two deals.

We invest along side them at the same terms.
