I know it's not specific software for mileage or book keeping but I have 4 properties, have been doing this for 3 years, and just made a simple google sheet to track everything. 

Normally they're set up to take a lot of your money and sell you some kind of monthly software subscription.Search google for a white paper on tax lien/deed investing in your state. 

Aside from googling I haven't heard of him. 

One of them is Columbus OH - overall great macroeconomics and still growing as well as the population, job market, and the number of companies developing here like Intel, Amazon, Google, Meta, etc.

I added the new address to google maps and it was accepted.

Jobs and population are growing and many bigger companies like Google Honda, Intel, Amazon, etc are moving and developing here.

File all receipts in a dedicated Google Drive folder.

My statewide and generic keyword rankings have steadily been going up.
