Does anyone have any experience of making LTR working here?

Does anyone have experience exchanging their small multi family property into a single family home, use it as an investment property then move into it as a primary residence after meeting the requirements?

It's pretty much why I'm putting myself out there on here, which to gain insight on other's experiences with working a dual agent deal.

As a beginner investor based in the Seattle metro area, I'm eager to learn from your experiences and share my journey as I get started in this field.My current strategy is to focus on live-and-flip for the first three deals (looking for my second deal) to gain hands-on experience while building equity and learning the ins and outs of renovation and the local market. 

( Regarding interior, and not HOA, management, location)Anyone has experience renting for snowbirds?

@Jonathan Blanco, I'm and investor and a licensed mortgage broker so I've been on both sides of this conversation.I would look for a lender that (1) listens to you and understands your strategy and needs (hint: it's not always money), (2) has experience working with clients executing your strategy and brings more to the table than just cash - be it advice, relationships, deal-team partners, etc., (3) gives you viable options and explains the pros and cons of each option and (4) you enjoy interacting with - this should be a relationship, not a transaction.Once you find a few lenders like this (and you should have relationships with more than one), then you can start comparing rates and fees.

Would it be a good idea to get a real estate license and work in real estate or are there other options to get in Missouri to get real estate experience without a license? 

However, for the right situation and learning experience I would not rule it out. 

I know I can't be the only one who has had this setup before, so I am just looking for thoughts, advice, experience, etc.
