Would it be like for ex you wanted more time for financing than say inspection, so a 5 day inspection with the "initial" 3 day dep and a 14 day financing contingency with the 10 day "additional" dep?

Now lending money was a breeze no tax withholding for that I did some HML there .. and with the currency arbitrage and rates it was a killer deal.. although again I learned you just don't foreclose in CA for non payment.. its not like the US..
