Jess and I have been seriously thinking about buying a piece of land and create like a village of tiny houses make it SERIOUSLY cute, hobbitland style, flowers and everything and renting them out as AirBnBs.You can wholesale anything, as long as there is a market for it.

I know the "Flower Alley" has some trendy STR's that do good.

On the ground has many different flowers and plants that he also had planted.The yard is very pretty and has grass and flowers on the ground amongst all of the trees.

But, as I run my numbers to find cap rates, I keep finding that other cities far from Austin (like Flower Mound) would give me better returns. 

Obviously, STRs are the biggest cash-flowers, so that's always what I'm interested in for my clients.

Flowers, pastries, and yes even a bottle of wine or champagne at times.....

I stayed in a place that had custom made soaps made of beautiful smelling  flowers from the region.

We also painted the exterior of the building around the entryway of the unit, and hung flowers, to give it a nicer feel when walking up.
