Of course there are many variables and prices may have risen this year compared to last, but I would ballpark between $5-7/ sq ft.I wouldn't think grass/landscaping would be much more than $10k for some very basic trees, shrubs and some grass seed.

@Carla Faith maybe set aside a chunk of the money to enhance your security is a couple pay off a bunch of student loans mortgage debt set up a college fund for kids whatever.After that come up with the amount of money together that you could conceivably lose without it being a huge crisis use that as the seed money.

It is the figurative seeds of knowledge and experience of which they bestowed onto you blossoming, and returning the favor.It comes down to presenting yourself as a good mentee, and becoming an asset or solution to them.

In addition your seed money is minimal.
