After years of listening to the BP podcast I finally joined.  

We got the price to a much more reasonable amount, allowing the seller to finally sell it, and passing on a good deal to the end buyer What was the outcome?

I am fairly confident in my choice of the syndication and just need someone to go over the numbers to confirm my understanding of the exit strategy when time comes

That being said, I think there might be an opportunity for this program to be expanded as the the politicians seem to finally be understanding that they need to do something to fix the lack of supply of new construction homes and I'm thinking this program may end up being a part of their solution.I've tried finding some real meat/details on the program but all I can seem to find is the broad strokes at a really high level.

After that book changed my way of thinking, the next three told me I can (finally) really do this!

Goal is to create long sustaining growth and cash flow that I could eventually sell or use to eventually secure a retirement home and place of my choice! 

By being open to single family homes as well it really increases your choices, and for us, reduced the cost per door of acquiring our properties.
