Luckily I was able to convert a portion of the front lawn into an additional parking for not a lot of money, but I had initially failed to account for this inconvenience - lesson learned.  

The main tenant continued to pay rent, and we failed to really do a proactive follow-up for the next couple of months.In June, we decided to check into the situation prompted by a call from a very concerned neighbor who is familiar with all the trouble the main tenant causes.

Also have you considered any additional weight of snow on that might accumulate on the lattice and the rafters?

Corporations with 100's of millions of dollars and endless resources couldn't make this work, I see no scenario where a random dude can succeed where they failed.

@John Guillory In my experience most wholesalers fail because they don't build the necessary knowledge and network and that takes time and work.

If they are a good coach, they will have you drilling fundamentals every day, watching everything you eat, studying the rules and strategies, lifting weights, and more.
