So we have a showing agent for buyers and tenants and a host of independent contractors for handywork, cleanouts, unit turnovers, HVAC, plumbing, electric.......ETC.

In my experience as an agent (and long before an investor) people who are ROI driven and don't come with a passion for brick and mortar do not succeed in REI.

Crexi, Loopnet are probably the two biggest but why not work with an agent that can present you with multiple off market and listed deals?
