You really don't need a RE license if you're flipping a couple of houses a year.

We are open to STR and just applied for a license on our current place.Looking off-market now because on-market is so slim. 

., as a licensed real estate agent who focuses predominantly on rent-by-the-room acquisition, the majority of my clients finance their deals either conventional, DSCR, or cash.

I also have a realtor looking for short term rentals at Grand Lake, Oklahoma, where I have my vacation home, and I have a realtor friend licensed in Missouri and Arkansas whom I'm going to contact to look in Joplin, Missouri and Bella Vista, Arkansas.

@Scott Champion Since you have been investing since 2018, keep doing what you have been doing, if you dont have your real estate license get it, investing in yourself is a can't lose scenario.
