I would not emphasize this strategy, but add it when I had to because I picked up a great house in an area where only Section 8 renters were attracted and paying above market rent.Good luck,Rick

Until its 100%, there is no "clock ticking" on the notice...and that's what I would emphasize and tell the tenant...... 90% aint gonna cut it.... nothing is official notice until I get a 100%.

You did not say how long you have lived there and that information could emphasize my points or be a non-issue.
