Unfortunately, I have three huge mistakes that are embarrassing but I can provide additional details if selected.1.

-Hoarders who are too embarrassed to let you take pictures let alone advertise to the public that they live this way.

The way it's set up now is my tenants deposit rent into rental checking account and I deposit the rest of the amount needed to cover the mortgage from my personal checking account into the rental checking account.But, with expenses such as maintenance and upgrades, I have been paying for those from personal account and I (embarrassingly) have no idea how much I'm spending in total or on each unit.
