So I understand correctly you want to take a piece of land and develop it with mhp infrastructure (water, power, sewer and roads) then build tiny homes to sell to tenants who will then pay you lot space rent for the home. 

My cleaner is my eyes and ears between stays, she basically runs the show.   

You want to get the interlocking not the glue down, spend some time looking at the different types, the interlocking does take more time and skill to put down (still way easier than tile and wood) but it is essentially waterproof as each piece locks into the others.  

I always say if you have $15,000-$50,000 buy a house, buy a condo, learn from experience, it will be more valuable learning on the job and in the end you have a piece of real estate.

He givers a lot of practical advice about researching markets, building a team, and more.Personally, I think the Property Manager is the piece your success hinges on.
