There are a number of ways to sell this thing with an owner financing device in PA, and not transfer title until you are paid 100%. 

I will be renting out this property and with how many devices and electronics people use which seems to be ever increasing I think in order to sleep well I wouldn't purchase the place unless the electrical has been upgraded.

Alertme Smart Plug is one device. ecobee Smart Plugs might be another.

Reason I don't like the iPhone is it's really one size fits all kind of device, and doesn't really offer much to entice me to join the Apple religion.
