If a seller is being a real jerk about something they were obviously hiding, sometimes the threat of a court action can make them change their minds quickly. 

Beyond just threats of attack, managing, C’s is literally is an entire other world than ones in A or B class neighborhoods.

Totally just my opinion here but the threat of rent control is no reason to not invest in the area if you can afford to get in.

I saw your video on Ring and based on their violent behavior, it seems like they shouldve been locked up for threats and damaging property.
