I agree with @Brandon Rizzo I think the supply will normalize as the migration to Texas has not slowed down and as builders make correction to a more balanced supply and demand (along with interest rate improvement) housing market will be better.

If several PMCs are all giving you roughly the same rental amount, then it's probably a correct number.

The correct process is to just call your bank and ask.

we certainly don’t want them to think that we are intimidated and are therefore letting them out of the lease lest they come after us for more.any help in wording this the correct way will be much appreciated.
