Mobile apps are a bit harder to maintain than the site, and browser features keep closing the gap.

So I just closed on a duplex a couple days ago & Im going to be house hacking.

The more hands off you get, the lower the returns.

Definitely no way to do a full gut rehab or close to that for $50k today.

This really depends on what your looking to do however for a very basic overview far west side is great, downtown and very close to the Cleveland Clinic, Little Italy, Tremont, and Ohio City are still great areas.

They're also happy to commit to whatever your closing date is and blow right through it.
