I’m a relatively new wholesaler and I was wondering what services might be of use to an administrator going through the probate process other than the obvious, closing on the estate property.I’ve thought of or have come across things like providing them with lists of charities, storages, or relocating furniture.

If I keep investing and leveraging sure I will have lot of money after 10 years which will be only enjoyed by my kids or given to the charity in the end.

To reduce your taxable income, you can make gifts to charity, but that is still reported on a schedule A and lumped in with your other deductions like mortgage interest and property taxes. 

For example, a couple living in FL that has $10,000/year of mortgage interest, property taxes of $5,000/year, and gives $9,000/year to charity.

If you want to give away $3,000 a year, I can send you the names of a couple charities that would be far more appreciative than your tenants.

If you feel strongly about a particular charity you could offer a rent discount or other incentive to your tenants if they sign up and volunteer.

We are all adults here, nobody says you need to run a charity.
