I am a new investor out of San Francisco Bay area and after 90 days of BP Forum and Podcast, I have decided to reach out to Norada last month and I was able to get a phone consultation in 6 or 7 days after booking via their website, Next they connected with me with one finance company that was unsuccessful to fund my investment.

Would anyone with experience in the area be willing to jump on a 10 minute phone call this week?

I kept trying to response but my phone was giving me difficulties but anyways I was going to say that when you buy a turnkey property you were buying at market value somebody else has already done the flip.

I looked at GPS tracking, but they need batteries changed frequently, and a monthly fee to be paid like a cell phone bill, any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Many municipalities have setup phone number for people to report violators.If you find a place, call the city and find out the rules for that exact address.

Good to have a realtor, trusted handyman, HVAC, and plumber in your phone.   

Finding tenants via facebook, craigslist, word of mouth, etc.. doing a phone screen, running background checks, etc.. takes A LOT of my time.

I'm already part of a few Facebook groups, but I'm also open to chatting or catching up over a phone call.

I have acquired a piece of property that has an existing cell tower on it.

I will say that I had a difficult time getting a person on the phone in the beginning a few times to get issues fixed, but I haven't had that trouble in a while. :) It seems best to e-mail them and request a phone call if you want to speak to a person about something.
