me and my wife would love to install a Borderless shower in our 10x5 master bath (on crawl space over) but seems like our contractor doesn't know much about it and I keep being told it's not worth the hassle but it's what we want and I'll do it myself if ihave to. the shower area in the bathroom is max 3.5 x 5 and I don't want to slope the whole bathroom because that just adds to the chance of catastrophic mistake and I have no idea how I'll transitin into the master bedroom from a slop that high in the bathroom.

For example - let's use apocalyptic vision here - let's say there was some massive planet-wide catastrophe such as a broad-based nuclear war.

You'd pretty much break even the first year save any major catastrophes but I have a hard time with the 20% operating expense ratio.

I work with multiple investors in the oil/gas industry and they all feel that while this will hurt a bit it will in no way be as catastrophic as the 80s
