The owner has had the lot for at least 10 years and the 4 sale sign is covered with overgrown brush.

I see so many business owners make sacrifices they think they need to make, and brush it off as, this is the cost of owning a business, and I'm telling you all, it doesn't have to be that way.

They might be brushing you off as bankers hate to say no, so they often give a borrower a huge laundry list of stuff to get and hope they never some back.

We got through that, I just had to brush aside the attitude.

Think about things like property lien searches, inspecting property with tenants in it and reporting findings to the investor, checking on zoning ordinances, advertising for purchases, negotiating with the Sellers, scouting the best financing terms, and other such things.Anyone can swing a hammer or sling a paint brush.  

We fenced in the back yard, changed out the builder grade faucets with higher-end, brushed nickle fixtures.

New flooring throughout, new paint in and out, cleared all the trash and a ton of brush from the yard, new appliances, landscaping, etc.

It’s good for 5 years, so you can wait to apply to grad school but also don’t have to stress about brushing up on your math skills if/when you decide to go back.

Nobody wants to be the bearer of bad news but it's important to put out that brush fire.

If you want to go join a forum inundated with contractors you'll see a great deal more trolling, pissing matches over meaningless code interpretations, and poor interpersonal communication skills, which not to broad brush, is much more of the norm statistically speaking in the 'contractor' world.Regarding contractors using stolen materials, or stuff they have in inventory - I've seen it, now at least 5 times.
