Californians looking to buy a house face some of the country's most expensive real estate prices and wildfires that threaten scores of housing tracts.I saw an article a day or two ago saying car insurance would/was following suit.

I asked the same follow-up question already, but do you establish a reserve fund prior to purchasing a property or do you use the money made by the property to build up the reserve fund?

I’ve been following warren Buffett on the matter and he seems to be very bias about it, but hey let’s wait and see!

They both work slightly differently, but are similar enough that a call to the tenants rep usually can get you on the right track to making sure you follow all of the guidelines.
