I'd repay the loan I took from my LLC and then move on to the next property.The beauty of this is it won't be a hit on my credit so my DTI won't be impacted at all and I can give myself a better interest rate than a HML would.Would a bank or lender have an issue with the source of funds used to acquire the property when I go to refinance?

The property you describe sounds beautiful and certain is a trophy home. 

Make it only decorative?

And the beauty is the location is less of an issue for these types of properties so you can do some "dumpster diving" as I call it.

My husband and I got married at Castle Farms :) That's a beautiful area, we're hoping to buy a property there some day - hopefully when the market comes down a bit though!

Right now, the leases on my properties start in April, June, August and September, and if I went under contract on anything else in 2018, the lease would start in Nov, Dec or Jan. 

@Landon RasmussenPaint it, switch out all the lights for daylight LED, clean it like a laboratory inside, mostly denude the landscaping outside no matter how lush and beautiful you think it is. 

The beauty in my opinion with house hacking is the momentum your build by living for free or close to free while your tenant pays your mortgage down.
