I’m considering having both access doors (all beautiful 1920 pocket doors) versus sealing the Foyer door permanently closed as was the original plan.

With the amount of people moving to Miami daily, it’s nice to see some members from BP joining us in this beautiful city.

I strongly believe, you make it nice, you care about it, you make it beautiful--and as long as the market supports it (there's good travel trends, etc.) you will do better than 80% of them. 

You can add clothing in the winter and once you do, most days are quite tolerable and many are beautiful in the winter.

And the beauty of it, is that under current law, it can be done over and over again.

Tampa Bay I believe is one of the best bang-for-the-buck areas to purchase in throughout the state of Florida.And and the East Coast does it have that beautiful sunset like Tampa Bay and the West Coast
