You should know how you can contest your assessed value, especially if you are buying the property for below current assessment.You should understand if there are any tax abatements available today or in the future.There are real estate tax consultants in basically all major markets, or your real estate agent can likely help with some basic questions, as well.

Due diligence on the borrower should include a review of the borrower's previous communication patterns with previous lenders.I personally live this one with one of my borrowers, who basically ghosted me once they received the moneys from the loan.

I know people that are really good at their trade (plumbing, cleaning, electrician, etc) but they don't have financial discipline, they don't know how to market, they suck at customer service, they don't use tools to their advantage, etc.Cody Sanchez (lady in the video) buys different types of businesses and makes them profitable by applying basic business disciplines.

Take the basic course requirements, complete the modules, and when its time to register for the state exam you can order a real estate exam question workbook from Amazon and use that to practice.

According to the brokerage and agent, these individuals either weren’t serious or claimed they didn’t realize the property was occupied, even though it was clearly stated in the listing.I’m not particularly concerned about the property’s condition or the eviction process, as I’ve already secured some level of cooperation and have basic access to the basement.
