Should I BRRRR a property or pay cash for a couple mobile homes?

I have a MHP and a TP I'm looking to assign, but have no idea where to look for buyers for them in Mississippi.Any one have any experience?

@Rob Ibarra Converting non restaurant space into restaurant space can be fairly costly from what I understand due to the need for larger than standard water lines to service the building and a general need for grease traps and other restaurant specific infrastructure.My first question around going from abandoned auto shop to kitchen is zoning, could you even get the use approved, and then are their any environmental factors in play? 

Anyone have any advice on how I can accurately value RV Parks and Mobile Home Parks?

It's great that you already have a home and potential ADU too since being self-employed in the arts can also have extra hurdles just getting approved for a loan. 

As long as your applicant is approved through your housing authority to pay what you advertised your unit for and as long as you don’t broker a side deal after the HAP contract is signed for additional rent you are OK to proceed.

There isn't any benefit to us to go through the extra work of background check, get lawyer to approve language etc. 

If the background check and credit check come back clean, then I approve the tenant and walk them through setting up online payments.

The bad news is that there is no part of the game that's inexpensive, and much of it involves fair chunks of time for approvals.
