They can install more control features in $20 and $100 bills like other countries.  

Did you just use all your cash on a new acquisition?

I've asked other property managers in the area and they all know who he is...by reputation.

If you decide to sell and find an investment property with a greater cash flow potential.A 1031 exchange would allow you to indefinitely all of the tax and use it to your advantage to reinvest into larger nicer property/properties.

I currently have some credit card debt, and my credit score is not very good at all.
