It can be like trying to drink from a fire hydrant with the amount of Information on this site and its podcast.

I have been drinking the koolaid here at BP: reading the forum posts and listening to the podcasts (and I love it!)

Most of the time there is always a group that meets afterwards for coffee or drinks.  

Since that was the first nine, they invited me immediately to the Club House & bought me drinks just to get me off the course.I know King, Snohomish and Pierce investing well (and Lewis and Spokane, but I digress.)

I now tell our inspectors to Test for Lead in Paint or in Water ,Absestos in floors and Ceilings,Radon and mold we do standard Water quality tests from any place a human or pet might drink water from.

STOP DOING THAT TO PEOPLE.Do people have no shame when they are essentially trying to drink from the same watering hole?

@Jay Harding  well Jay you make post like your some major player in the market when in fact your a newbie who has done a deal or two . so why would any one listen to you and or take your advicethat's the point of talking about the very first deal you ever got and you asked me to buy it.. but then you would not give the address and made up some cockamani story about how we would have to meet for drinks but you did not have any money to buy said drinks and that I would have to buy my own..

Real Estate Agents(me) are not Surveyors, building inspectors, roofers, lawyers, Lead RRPs...... we typically know what should be done but we are the "source for the source".Do not drink or have a large meal prior to doing this - you will get sleepy.  

I don't golf and I don't drink, so the Country Club didn't offer me much, LOL!   

Don't drink the koolade.............. : )Maybe if the property is brand new and they self manage you can get close to 30 or 35%.
