The answer again depends, but your local laws most likely have some kind of limitations on how many adults --- who are not family members --- can reside in a single dwelling unit.

You have 6 full sized adults creating wear-patterns in carpets, using the dishwasher, spilling beer from red party cups, scuffing the paint, etc.

However if the bad applicant was say an adult child of the other two and had medical judgements I would accept.   

Now if you are an adult with a history of bad credit the likelihood of that changing is slim and I would pass.
