You are correct, however I was clarifying if the ask involved trying to figure out a persons’ citizenship like asking for a the person’s green card in addition to or in place of.

The biggest determining factors for STRs in the area are purchase or build price (and associated mortgage) vs rental expectations, that will help you determine net cash flow.

Additionally, I don't have the time to sift through all the legal jargon and pinpoint where they’ve breached the contract, so it's worth having a lawyer review it in my situation.

However, I definitely recommend pictures any time a guest left damage or extra cleaning that will result in additional charges.

Factor in accurate, but worst case scenario numbers.
