If I had to guess, implementing a lead paint regulation is not far away for Airbnb and it might be a good idea to start implementing in order to just cover yourself.Also, they sell lead paint test kits at Walmart for like 20$ and it is a fairly simple diy project so it might be worth it to just test your walls for some peace of mind!

My guys keep a supply of batteries in the truck that cost me $1 a piece when bought in bulk at Sam's Club and we have some of the cheapo $5 Wal Mart smoke detectors too.
