Chris Depalma It can appraise at a higher price because an appraiser will not view your purchase as a typical arms-length transaction because it is never exposed to the market.

We view the risk of a 2nd and would add 3-5% higher (min) for the risk and unsecured we would not even touch, but I would put it at 2x a second.Curious to hear how others evaluate risk?

You can go to Redfin.com and put a search area in “list view” - versus map view and it will let you sort that area by all the table headers in the list - so you can sort them by $$/sqft for instance.

Hopefully, buyer’s agents who invest time in viewings and analysis will be appreciated by their clients.Buyers often overlook many aspects of the process, focusing only on what they consider important.
