Do you have a property management company you use? 

I found a good turnkey property company out in Memphis.

If cash flow is what you are after, set up a coffee trailer, wash houses, sell digital assets, launch a Shopify store, set up ATMs, buy a title company, coin laundry, a party rental business a car body shop etc.. and then invest the cash flow in real estate! 

I am a local real estate investor and own a local real estate/property management company.

It's the best way for us to grow as companies by sharing what works and what doesn't. 

Within the first month I believe the company byte federal has a data breach.

Mostly NYC real estate companies uses Yardi Voyager and not the Yardi Breeze that most people here in BP uses.Even if you get a job that uses Yardi, you will have limited access on what you can and cannot do just because the role you are in unless you are a Controller/CFO.

I typically don't suggest anything in the reunion area for investors because of the restrictions around what management companies you can use and what amenities your guests get access to.

Most won't insure pools with diving boards or ones without a VGBA drain.2) Include the cost of a pool company to manage the pool in the rent. 

I also have talked with this company but I feel they are not telling me the whole story, makes me leery of this business.
