@Elizabeth Shelby It is NOT ILLEGAL to do wholesaling in any state as long as you have what is called 'equitable interest', meaning you are the one that has a contract on the property.

@Elizabeth Najera If I were to house hack, I'd probably just factor utilities into rent and make that known when advertising the unit.
