Does state law take president over HOA rules?

I know if I sell it I will be exempt from capital gains as I've only rented it for one year but with the way the presidency is going and the likeliness the economy would tank is my specific situation better to just sell and way for prices to drop and buy a set of condo's with the 200k?

@Art MaydanThe signature section should be formatted as:[LLC Name][Signature of Member][Member Name]Its: MemberIf its a corp just substitute Member for whatever their corporate title is (ie President).Why don't they want their personal name anywhere? 

Lukily, the ROI on this thing is pretty good but renting this unit comes with its fair share of headaches.My tenants (who are leaving at the end of the month) have been great with me throughout their residency, but the unit owner below me (who happens to be the HOA president) has called me every month this past year, complaining loud foot step noises in the middle of the night in and near the bedrooms, most likely from jumping out of bed.

One thing I can tell you for sure is Biden won't be president and we'll be dealing with some other tax laws that are in place regarding this situation.It's a proposal.

The trends are much more powerful than who is president and interest rates policies.
