Beyond smell, you're going to have a reasonable amount of heavy trucks bringing chemicals, septic haulers bringing in portable crap loads, solid waste cakes being hauled to the landfill or (worse) slurry land applied. 

HiI need to switch to portable AC for an apartment of mine in Arizona.

:shock: I visited the property for the first time yesterday(I`m in a hotel in Spartanburg as I type this - thanks to my portable cellular broadband internet access:) I unlocked the door, ventured in, and turned on the breakers.

The main house is almost 3000SqFt, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths (2 masters), living room, dining room, office, laundry room, huge kitchen, Lots of closet space, nice private backyard with room for a pool,  etc.

Also, the third bedroom is off of the master without direct access from the main living area, so it is not a pure bedroom (although it has a built in closet and a window so it technically counts). 

Then later white stuff was accumulating on leather surfaces on the floor of the closet, and later it turned greenish and had a musty odor.

It's way too easy to put in new cosmetics and ignore everything behind the walls and in the closets that needs updating. 

The amount of Bluetooth enabled socks/wine bottles/water bottles and completely useless items are sitting in nightstands and the bottom of closets.

We built the master closet (located in the master bathroom) with wire shelves, drawers, racks, and hanging rods.

He said he could cut a piece of flooring (pic below) -baseboard gaps in different rooms/part of the house -door closets don't seem aligned.
