I’ve used ReiSift very little but found that’s after calls the info on the dailer (smrtdailer) was lost and didn’t transfer to ReiSift.

Hello,If I purchase a rental property in Miami this year and close under my name initially, and then transfer the title to a LLC the same year, do I need to anticipate TWO times the property tax hike for next year?

@Marina WongMost people with (non-Roth) self-directed IRAs would probably opt to transfer the assets to a Solo 401k, if eligible.

I've never been able to find any 'business' cards that are doing 0% balance transfers.
