Target homes with an ARV in the $125-$150k range that need less than $30k in renovations (no structural issues) that you can buy in the $50-$75k price point.

I think it's a needless extra step to reconfigure your balance sheet because this single tenant is 3 weeks in arrears.

Needless to say that the property was fully insured and anther LLC.Nevertheless, I'm looking for a recommended and experienced lawyer for a consultation.Have anyone went through a similar process and can recommend a lawyer?
