Will I lose depreciation deductions if I use Roth IRA fund?

Anyone have experience as HOA Management in what happens to revenue when property owners losing their houses?

And bigger tariffs that he's supposedly going to roll out is going to make things worse.And then what happens is that the other countries respond with tariffs of their own and that costs businesses here to lose revenue because now their goods are more expensive with the added tariffs in those overseas countries.Again, I think there is a place for tariffs. 

If the investment was a poor one, continuing to lose money on it is...just losing more money. 

I just would like to be conservative because I don’t want to end up in a situation where we are losing money instead of making it. 

If you end up paying a preferred rate that is too high, your preferred equity investors will be very happy but your common equity investors could not only lose out on returns but even lose principal because most preferred equity deals have the preferred equity investors receiving all their return on capital and all their return of capital before the common equity investors get anything.I have done deals where all the investors were structured as preferred equity with a specific stated return and no upside beyond that return. 

Ten inexpensive properties in the Midwest will be in undesirable areas and may lose money…..
