In the future you could add in penalties for being late and possibly a bonus for being early.

Rental income and expenses, such as mortgage interest, property taxes, repairs, and depreciation, can be reported on Schedule E of your personal tax return, regardless of ownership structure. 

Like I said before, I have been consuming as much of his content as I can lately (I just started listening about 2 weeks ago) and am thinking of possibly even joining the RAL Room mastermind too. 

Spend some time considering how the repairs will get you a return on investment.

Getting over 5% return when using their banking partner so working to transition all my properties over for rent collection.  

The broker/LO misses something that gets caught late in the process and blows the loan up.

But if this equity is really all you have for retirement do you want to give it for the sake of potential returns?
