They post their rooms on the normal hotel, discount site, etc.

OK lets analyze this post.I still fail to see the value in that post... not one single person genuinely interested in learning how to wholesale would find any value in that post.Don't you agree?

Hi @Nicholas L. and @Chris Seveney a few weeks after my post, they did a part 2 for the survey and 2 days ago, the Zoning Dept. emailed out an update for the proposed policies.Here's their message:"We want to keep you informed and share a preview of the proposed Short-Term Residential Rental Ordinance regulations and express our gratitude for your invaluable feedback and participation in Phase I and Phase II of the Alexandria Short-Term Residential Rental Study.

OF course, you may have all this stuff figured out, but the original post was vague.

Off course the rates were hiked 2 times since the post.   

Depending on how that conversation goes, post a 3 day for nonpayment.

I also saw your post on one of the local Buffalo facebook forums, and will caution you that you are going to get a WIDE variety of feedback from a WIDE variety of investors -- especially on that group!
