Hey, people jump off bridges in some areas, why don't we all just start jumping too, we're missing all the fun!

I chose this path with the clear terms that I'd be leaving a "burnt bridge" behind me. 

No eviction, no vacancy, water will always flow under the bridge (the water mill), EDF sends a check every month (15 years left)Well, no water mill in Detroit but still, a lot of high cap rate deals for driven investors!

It was not performing well so I bought it on a temporary (two year) bridge loan.While that was going on, I was busy raising money for more deals in Houston. 

I'm getting familiar with this bridge financing before calling my banker.
