I have been working full time as an electrician for the last 4 years right out of high school.

I have found that it is less expensive for the electrician to furnish the wiring, and for the roofer to provide the roofing material, which is always 3 Dimensional 30 year asphalt shingle.  

I will be talking to my electrician next week but I want to gain some knowledge first.The question is, I need 3 meters, 2 for the units an 1 for owners?

Hello and thanks to all for the great informationI'm Patrick Ryan an electrician married with 3 kids.

We can exchange a few pointers on plumbers, roofers, electricians, city inspectors.     

Note I have a small business and am a licensed electrician, so do a lot of my own work. 

They can be GC's, electricians, plumbing, roofing, drywall, etc as I have none on my list for any type of repair work so far. 

You need an electrician.

My question is do I need to have the homeowner insurance squared away before I start letting electricians and plumbers into the property?

Have (2) rentals, Im also a Licensed Master Electrician, 13yrs experience if anyone needs advise or contractors... and what I want to get out of BP is education, find a community of like minded action takers.
