Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

An installment loan can help build credit you never want to "Pay off" credit cards or loans if you do not have to because it builds your Fico scores.

That being said, the last thing I want to do is install shower heads that don't put out enough water - thereby creating an annoyance for my tenants.It sounds like the current standard is for most shower heads to put out approx 2.5 GPM (gallons per minute).

If you have sufficient ceiling height, a good option is to install a resilient channel system and 2 layers of 5/8 type X sheetrock.
