Pratik Kochar Electrical Upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps

Ft ranch home with new appliances ( Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove(electric or gas), washer/dryer, microwave etc and contemplating whether it requires and electrical upgrade from 100 amps to 150/200 amps.Currently the HVAC system installed for central heating/cooling is  15 amps)and there is gas water heater.Do you anyone know if this needs to a mandatory upgrade or any recommendations around the same and what it can cost to upgrade electric panel to 150 amps/200 amps?

It does not seem to, but a couple properties have significant amounts owed to an individual through an Assignment of Rents document and I just want to get another set of eyes on this to make sure I'm interpreting this correctly.The deed conveys title to the purchaser free of all encumbrances of any kind existing before the sale, except:(a) Any lien for installments of taxes and special assessments, that installments will become payable upon the secured roll after the time of the sale.
