Unfortunately most of the reviews are well over a year old but it should get you started.Also, just highlight the word "turnkey" and then click on the "follow keyword" box that pops up then you will get an alert (or daily summary) of all the posts that come up with that keyword.

Clicking through Zillow it looks like an older 3/2 in Plano earns about $1,700 a month while the same house that looks great can get up to $2,500 (very rough numbers)

This means that you create a listing, then it is sent to all of the major listing sites (zumper, rent.com, apartments.com, etc.) with one click!
