David you mentioned the use of 1031 exchanges recently in the local market.

These are by far the least amount passive so do your due diligence on understanding how to run a successful STR business and researching local laws on allowing STRs.2.

And a local resident is usually very helpful.

I would get on the phone with a local lender through a local bank.
