It's a very different world than we had 2 years ago, and I don't see it getting better any time soon. 

Stock, averaging 8-10% can be easily bought or sold anytime for free and with a dollar.But a single family home needs at least $25k or so to get started and can cost nearly 10% of the asset value to buy and sell.

I don't plan on buying anytime really soon but I'd love to start connecting with more seasoned investors and local professionals within the area.
