We just attended a paid 3-day seminar for the Nick Vertucci Real Estate Academy and learned a little, but not nearly what we'd hoped.  

I Attended New York Maritime Academy where I studied International trade and transportation.

But when i attend an educational event, I expect to leave with information that I can apply to improve my life even if I spend another dime.I later discovered that The Rich Dad company had merely licensed it name for marketing purposes to Wealth Intelligence Academy.

My dad got me this program he saw on TV, one of the gurus who was pitching his training academy, so that's the info I am working with.

I was very inspired by Jonathan Segal FAIA a while back and am looking to do similar to him.Look into Chris Porto's developer academy in Oakland.

Has anybody taken their three-day foreclosure course. The cost is $1,500.00 and I wanted to know if it was worth it. Or, is it better to find a mentor that specializes in foreclosures?

Currently, I am a student of Wealth Intelligence Academy, and the training ahead of me is way far beyond I can imagine.

Hi Account Closed, I use a program called House Academy so we mail out an offer letter and when I go meet the seller for the first time I bring a copy just incase.
